
Pollensas Paradise - Booking Conditions
1. Booking Agreement

When you make a booking through Pollensa Paradise, you enter into a binding agreement subject to these Booking Conditions.

Pollensa Paradise (acting as agent) acts as an intermediary on behalf of the villa owner/supplier or management company. The rental agreement is between the Guest and the Owner/supplier or management company
2. Booking Confirmation & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit and written confirmation issued by Pollensa Paradise

The remaining balance is due no later than the date stated on the booking confirmation, before the check-in date.

For bookings made after a balance due date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at some properties and will be advised at time of booking, this must be paid prior to arrival date

Any security deposit will be refunded within 7–14 days after check-out, less any charges for damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning, if required

A Property damage waiver is required for some properties and is non-refundable, to cover for small breakages
4. Cancellation Policy

Deposit – Non-refundable

Balance Payment – Once this has been paid becomes Non-refundable

No refunds will be made for early departures or no-shows.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover any eventualities and cancellations
5. Changes by the Guest
-
Changes to dates or properties are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. Any extra costs involved will be payable by the Guest

An administrative fee may apply.
6. Changes or Cancellations by the Owner/Supplier or Management company

In the unlikely event that the villa becomes unavailable (e.g., due to damage or sale), Pollensa Paradise will:

Offer an alternative property of equal or greater value (subject to availability); or
-
Refund all monies paid.

Pollensa Paradise shall not be liable for any further compensation.
7. Occupancy & Use

Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the number stated in the property details, and property rental License Law
-
Parties, events, or commercial use of the villa are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing. Please request at time of booking for confirmation if allowed

The villa is for private vacation use only.
8. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: Will be stated on your booking confirmation, for your arrival time

Check-out: Will be stated on your booking confirmation, for your departure time

Late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and may incur additional fees, if available
9. Guest Conduct

Guests must keep the property in good condition and comply with house rules.

Smoking is [not permitted inside any properties / only allowed in outdoor areas].
10. Cleaning and Maintenance

Standard cleaning is included in the rental fee.

Additional cleaning due to misuse, excessive dirt, or spills may be charged to the Guest.

The Owner/Supplier or Management Company may enter the property for urgent maintenance or inspection with prior notice.
11. Liability

Pollensa Paradise, the Owner/Supplier or Management Company accept no liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of all members of their party, especially children.
12. Force Majeure
-
Pollensa Paradise, the Owner/Supplier or Management Compnay are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond control.
13. Travel Insurance & Advice

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, covering cancellations, health, personal liability, and property damage.

Additional Services (e.g., chef, housekeeping, chauffeur) can be arranged at extra cost and must be requested in advance.

Minimum Stay: Minimum rental period in all properties is 7 nights
